Michelle Rigsby, a Texas A&M graduate in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Motor Behavior, is a certified personal trainer whose objective is to encourage and coach you toward a balanced approach to your fitness goals.
An active lifestyle has become a huge part of her life in her love for the outdoors, competition, and challenging her body's limits; starting with little-league sports and later becoming a TAMU cyclist competing at a national level. Furthermore, and most recently, at the TAMU REC she became an instructor trainer in Bootcamp and Yoga and a Group Fitness Instructor in Bootcamp, Body Blaster, and Yoga, as well as a physical therapist technician and renowned geriatrics Water Aerobics instructor at Advance Therapy. Michelle's enthusiasm and drive to pursue her physical potential and that of her clients has led her to know the importance of intentional training in both studio and weight room environments to lower risk of injury, improve material properties of body tissue, and challenge the body to adapt and change towards your fitness goals and a more resilient you.
Michelle is qualified to assess functional movement capacity and symmetry, and to design a training program to first increase the quality of movement by targeting stability and mobility with corrective exercises where needed, in order to coach you toward achieving a higher level of fitness and performance.

Personal Training starts with an initial consultation to connect with one another and understand your past and present to better individualize your program for success. Screenings are used as a standard tool to access progress and distinguish where corrective exercises are needed and where training is capable.
Receive a detailed instructional guide to each new exercise including set, rep, & optional weight specifications and additional demonstrative images.
An initial consultation is required and single personal training session is included in this package so this plan is bet suited for you, where you are now and what you want to achieve.
Screening & Corrective Exercise Program
This assessment tool will be used organically within a personal training program, but can also be used to better develop a work-out plan and access progress with an up charge or write a corrective exercise plan to get you functional mobility and stability to decrease risk of injury and continue on to lead a more comfortable, active life.
