If we are looking for something to shed, tone, stregthen, get a good burn in our muscles and  calories, and level up our fitness routine and are able to get out and about  This will be the sequence we will move through. More mobility drills at the beginning of the program, then progressing to increase endurance, and escalate into higher intensity while increasing elements of performance, such as strength and power.  To lower the risk of injury it is important that functional mobility is attained. There are some ways to go around limited mobility which can be beneficial to still
